Compassion Fatigue Counseling

Compassion Fatigue, often referred to as caregiver burnout or secondary trauma, is a prevalent issue for many individuals in caregiving roles. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Accelerated Recovery Program specifically designed to address Compassion Fatigue! Caregiver burnout can manifest when a person feels overwhelmed, overexposed, and exhausted in a caregiving environment.

Our program consists of 5 therapeutic sessions dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for participants to express their feelings while learning effective tools and strategies to alleviate symptoms of Compassion Fatigue and enhance resiliency against challenges.

This program is ideal for helping professionals such as social workers, lawyers, nurses, CCAs, ECEs, teacher assistants, residential counselors, medical doctors, emergency responders, and anyone in caregiver positions who may be feeling overwhelmed and frustrated in their current roles.

Sessions are available through online therapy or in-office visits.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, please reach out to us at Admin@ATClinic.ca or call (902) 412-1557.
