• What exactly social anxieties are and how they manifest in the body and mind.
• Common symptoms of social anxiety and how they can vary from person to person.
• Relaxation training techniques to help calm the body and mind's sensitivity to anxiety reactions.
• The role of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in addressing social anxiety and its effectiveness.
• Mindfulness training strategies specifically designed for managing social anxiety.
• Different perspectives on how to view your social world.
• Opportunities to practice social interactions in a safe and gentle environment.
All within a supportive group of individuals who understand what it is like to experience social anxieties.
