Regina is a highly motivated professional. She is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. She holds of Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Acadia University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Fort Kent Maine, a Masters in Inclusive Education from Acadia University and a Masters in Counselling from Acadia University. She also has a certificate in ASD and Behavioural Interventions from the University of New Brunswick and Level 1 certification in Sand Tray Therapy.
Regina has been working with school aged students, ages of 5-18 for over 27 years, 13 of those years working with Special Needs students. She has extensive knowledge in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder, mild to severe ADHD, mild to severe behaviour issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, mild to severe Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorders. I also have had experience with students suffering from Trauma Disorders. She uses a Trauma aware, strength-based, person-centered approach and utilizes modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Sand Tray Therapy and Play Therapy. She incorporates evidence informed practices such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Art Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy. She feels her experience in the field of education provides her with a unique perspective. There is never one approach that fits all, and being in the school system, she has had the opportunity to provide support to diverse populations, using a variety of supports, techniques and strategies. She believes in meeting people where they are and focus on their strengths to help over come their challenges.

Kristina is a trauma-informed therapist, registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers. She has 14 years of experience in counselling and advocating for survivors and families impacted by gender-based violence. Her practice is grounded in a deep commitment to creating intentional space for healing; building on connectedness, trust, and safety. She hopes to support you in feeling safe, seen, and heard. Kristina invites curiosity, collaboration, and creativity into the therapy space.
Kristina brings specialized knowledge in the areas of; gender-based violence, family violence, sexualized violence, racial trauma, gender in-justices, system-induced trauma, traumatic workplace and life events, addictions, chronic health, PTSD, and grief trauma.

I offer individual and family counselling to individuals 15 years and older and provide in-person, phone, and virtual counselling sessions. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s University and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. She is passionate about helping people develop self-awareness around recurring issues that make them feel stuck and guiding clients to navigate forward with resolution. She is client centered and eclectic in her approach to counselling clients.
Krystle has specialized training and experience in trauma and anxiety tools and techniques with intensive training in PTSD therapies, attachment, grief, disordered eating, borderline personality disorder and mindfulness. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution Focused, and Narrative Therapy.
Krystle is a kind, compassionate therapist who is very skilled at making others feel at ease. With a non-judgemental approach, Krystle views each new client as an individual and works with each person to help them learn skills and make goals for their wellbeing. Tracy has an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy while focusing on the client’s needs with compassion, empathy, and kindness. Walking with her clients throughout their healing journey, meeting each client where they are at in their journey while building a respectful and supportive space for each client to express themselves, their emotions and their desires are fundamental aspects of Tracy’s therapeutic approach. Incorporating Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and music in the therapeutic process help foster healing and gain insight into each client’s journey.
As a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate, Tracy has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Music from New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, and a Bachelor of Music from Acadia University. After years of teaching, volunteering, experiencing different cultures, living abroad, and working with diverse groups of people, it’s a delight to help clients realize their dreams and goals in a therapeutic setting.

Hannah is a Registered Counselling Therapist-C in the province of Nova Scotia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
She works from a trauma-informed lens, drawing from trauma-informed cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy as well as some aspects of the polyvagal theory.
Hannah provides an open and warm environment to create a safe space for clients to feel welcome and to help them become the best version of themselves. She believes therapy doesn’t always have to be serious and brings a sense of humour where appropriate to sessions. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with you as the client to create and reach goals and facilitate wellness.

A graduate of Dalhousie and Acadia, I have over twenty years experience working with anxious or traumatized clients to successfully overcome anxiety, depression, self-harming, suicidality, flashbacks, nightmares, disordered eating, panic attacks, and relationship issues related to trauma. I work with people at their own pace, and offer trauma-informed, current, evidence-based therapies. My legal training also allows me to emotionally support people navigating the justice system.
Philosophy of Care: My approach is client-centred and strength based: you can choose among options and work gently toward your chosen goals, using your unique strengths for healing. You will be heard, believed and respected. Approaches offered include cognitive therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and trauma-informed stabilization treatment (TIST).

Nikolina is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Therapist-C in Nova Scotia. She completed her Masters of Counselling Psychology at Simon Fraser University, in British Columbia. She has been working in the mental health field for the past 6 years. She has experience working with couples, first responders and clients ages 12+ as they navigate life challenges, transitions, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety and self-esteem/body image concerns.
Being a part of people’s healing journeys is sacred to me. I approach counselling from a collaborative and experiential stance. We focus on your needs while we work on increasing your capacity to sit with emotions, explore them and understand how they impact your body. I believe that counselling is a chance for you to have a voice, speak freely and to build a trusting, safe relationship, with not just me, but other people in your life. Meeting you where you are at in your journey is a value I hold, and together we can explore an approach that works best for you. I like to utilize techniques from various trainings I have done in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy and Trauma-Informed Approaches for working with First Responders.

Janice Hartley (She/her) is a Registered Counselling Therapist and Clinical Traumatologist in the province of Nova Scotia and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Her education includes a Bachelor in Psychology, Masters in Counselling Psychology and diploma in Natural Nutrition.
Janice is an active therapist and also the Clinical Director at the clinic. She oversees clinic operations and is the chief problem solver.
Janice specializes in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma and Anxiety in teens and adults. She has comfort and experience working with therapists, doctors along with other health professionals looking for a confidential place to talk. She also has experience in providing support to families with loved ones suffering from PANS/ PANDAS. She uses an integrated approach to healing using therapies such as polyvagal, somatic, solution-focused, exposure and response prevention therapy and cognitive therapies to resolve trauma and symptoms of anxiety and depression, self-esteem, assertiveness and improve mental health functioning.
Janice believes that therapy should be tailored to each individual. Her approach is friendly and warm while focusing on the clients need, symptom reduction and the goals. Therapy can help a person understand what factors are impacting happiness, problem solve concerns and teach techniques to increase self esteem, reduce stress, become more assertive and learn more about yourself.
