We offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We operate a general practice although our specialty is anxiety and trauma counselling for individuals aged 10 and up. The office space is in Bedford, Nova Scotia, just outside Halifax. It is secure, sound proof and very welcoming.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize themselves, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. We use therapies such as solution focused brief therapy, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion focused therapy and client centered psychotherapy.
